1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any GlobSynk Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Services

GlobSynk is a Digital Workforce Company. We design, build, and deploy AI Agents, RAG Knowledge Assistants, AI Clones, Voice Agents, Digital Workforce systems, and content and automation tools for businesses and individuals worldwide. Our platform includes:

• GlobSynk Digital Workforce™ — Multi-agent AI workforce infrastructure for tenant businesses.
• Clone Studio™ — Create AI Clones (digital twins) of professionals, coaches, brands, and educators.
• AI Writer™ — Multilingual business content, professional communication, and marketing copy.
• ViralStudio™ — AI-powered viral content, social media hooks, and campaign tools.
• TheBizCard™ — AI-powered digital business cards with QR sharing and lead capture.
• EventJoin™ — Event management, QR check-in, and attendee networking.
• Avatar Library™ — Shared visual identity asset library for AI agents and clones.
• Voice Lab™ — Voice identity system for AI clones and agents.
• Executive AI — Specialized AI agent modules for business intelligence and operations.
• Partner Portal — Referral, rewards, and affiliate management for GlobSynk partners.
• Custom AI Agents & RAG — Custom-built AI agents, knowledge assistants, and automation deployed for client businesses.
• UDIN — Universal Digital Identity Network for verified GlobSynk members and partners.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. GlobSynk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Engage in abuse, harassment, hate speech, or harmful content generation.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse AI outputs for impersonation, defamation, or harm to others.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our platforms without authorization.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs, including text, voice, avatars, agent responses, and knowledge retrieval results, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific purpose. Outputs are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including prompts, documents, business data, images, and knowledge base materials. By using our Services, you grant GlobSynk a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use such content solely to operate, deliver, maintain, and improve the platform. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide such content.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans, billing cycles, usage-based fees, setup fees, and pricing are defined at the time of purchase or as displayed in your account dashboard. You authorize GlobSynk to charge your payment method on the applicable billing schedule. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that page for full details. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase under qualifying circumstances verified by our support team.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes, or third-party outages may affect availability. GlobSynk is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

GlobSynk and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, platform software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GlobSynk intellectual property to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, fail to pay amounts due, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobSynk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services, including losses of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid GlobSynk in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where applicable, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California consumer protection regulations also apply to residents of those jurisdictions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
